Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in its original packaging.

• You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Items that are worn, washed, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• Custom or personalised products

• Gift cards

• Final sale or clearance items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us first so we can assist you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless:

• The item arrived damaged

• The wrong item was sent

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
